General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the "Heyuay" online shop of Ilayda Celik (sole proprietorship) at the email address info.heyuay@gmail.com.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email.

 

4. Prices and Terms of Payment

The prices stated are in Euros and do not include statutory VAT in accordance with the small business regulation (§19 UStG).

5. Terms of Delivery

Shipping costs range between €4.95 and €13.95 depending on the destination country. The delivery time is generally 3–7 business days.

Heyuay does not offer any special warranty on the products sold. Any liability for damages resulting from the use of the products offered is excluded.

 

8. Jurisdiction

For all disputes arising from the contractual relationship, the place of jurisdiction is Germany.
