Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Heyuay, Daimlerstraße 18B, 76751 Jockgrim, Germany, email: info.heyuay@gmail.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days after we have received the returned goods (excluding shipping costs).
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this refund.

Return costs

The customer shall bear the costs of the return.

 

Return process

The goods must be returned unused and in the condition in which you received them.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that are made to customer specifications

• Goods that are personalized
